ME UB C2B Pull-up (when you drop from bar you must go to the rings)

ME UB Ring Dip (when you come off rings you must go to the bar)

-Rest 2 mins-

Then:

perform 1 set ME UB Strict Pull-ups then 1 Set ME UB Ring Dips
