10 Minute AMRAP

5 Back Squats (135/95) (must be taken from the floor)

10 Pull-ups

20 Double Unders

Strength: 3×3 Squat Cleans

  1. 6+7. Squat Cleans were 185 to keep good form. Wanted to go heavier but wouldn’t be smart if form gets sloppy.
