Squats 260 for 5 reps. 20:? for WOD, can’t remember cause I was so disoriented after it I forgot to write it down. 125 for first set of OH Squats, 115 for Thrusters, 185 for Cleans, Burpee Pull ups, Second round 115 for OH Squats and the rest was the same as the first set. Had to stop 4 or so times to stop myself from vomiting and/or passing out. Tough WOD but fun. Way to push hard at the end Chris!
