With a partner complete the following as fast as possible:
100 box jumps 24/20
100 burpees
100 air squats
800m run (must be done 200m at a time)

You can start on any exercise do them in any order and can break them into whatever you want between the two partners, however once you start a movement you must complete all reps before moving onto another movement.

Ab circuit
3 rounds not for time
10 ttb
10 superman
10 sit ups
