For Time:

10 Handstand Pushups

15 Deadlifts (250/185)

25 Box Jumps (30″/24″)

50 Pull-ups

100 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)

200 Double Unders

Run 400m with 45#/25# Plate

  1. Sure! Why not….right after the 4th its not like we hydrated on booze and bbq food…..good thing I stuck to my strict diet and training schedule….NOT!
