WOD: Partner WOD

With a Partner break up however you want

Row 2k (partner hold KB (1.5/1)

50 Push-ups (partner holds plank position)

50 Box Jumps 20″ (Partner sits @ the bottom of a squat)

50 Toes 2 Bar (partner holds 25/15# plate OH)
