WOD: Team Player

In a two Person team complete in a “tag”/Follow the leader Format

Run 800m (each team member will run 2 200m in a tag/relay format)

-then-

21-15-9

KBS 2/1.5

Box Jump 30/24

Plate Burpees (45#plate)

(After both team members complete their runs; team member 1 will start with 21KBS when #1 finishes KBS and does 1 Box Jump #2 can start KBS, Each team member must complete the 21-15-9 of each movement, you cannot perform the same movement at the same time and #2 cannot pass #1)

-Then-

Run 800m (each team member will run 2 200m in a tag/relay format)
