Skill: Max Height Box Jump

WOD: “Hercules”

With a partner:

50 Wall Balls (partner must sit at the bottom of a squat for reps to count) 20/14
40 Push-ups (partner must hold a the top of a push up for any reps to count)
30 KB Snatches 53/35
20 TTB (partner must be hanging from pull-up bar for reps to count)
10 Chest 2 Bar pull-ups (partner must from the pull-up bar same rules as TTB)
