I have not been able to walk the lower end of Knower rd in 10 years because of all the hills. BUT, thanks to 6 weeks of crossfitwachusett I now have the stamina to do three miles on Knower. Today I ran up two consecutive hills, not able prior to crossfit. I love my coaches and the people I work out with, best gym ever.
I miss everyoe, gotta stop by sometime for a visit.. i think wednesday night ill be stopping in =]
