WOD: east coast champs final

4 rounds for time:
30 double unders
15 snatches

Rest 5 mins then:

3 rounds for time
15 box jumps 24/20
12 shoulder 2 OH 115/75
9 toes to bar

Post 2 separate times for each workout
Wod 1 time cap of 8 mins Wod 2 time cap 8 minutes.
