WOD: Paranormal
3 rounds for time:
10 burpees
15 wall balls (20/14)
20 knees to elbows
Strength: 3 snatches OTM for 10 min (moderate weight)
6:46 rx. 115 snatch for 5 rds, and 125 for the other 5.
8:30 Rx, 115lb snatch for 3 rds, 135lb for rest of rounds. Saw some hard work tonight from a big 6:30 class! Way to work everyone!
10:23 Rx and worked up to 90lb Snatches.
10:58 – Still can’t get the knees to the elbows as prescribed, so not Rx…Snatch = 120lb.
Really loving snatches. One of those movements that you do that you move up slowly, but just love how it moves together. Anyway 7:45 not Rx’d (did leg lifts in lieu of knees to elbows from ripping friday and saturday). Snatched 45lb. Think I should be able to bump to 50lbs next time (I hope).
