WOD: “River Bend”

Alternating with your partner: 8 rounds for time:

-Row 250m

-Max pull-ups you can complete during the time it takes you’re partner to row 250m

(You’re score is your time and the total number of pull-ups that you and your partner complete during the 8 rounds.)

Strength: Speed deadlift 10×2 @ 80% OTM
