Warm-up (No Measure)

3 rounds:

gym length bear crawl

10 scorpions

2 pole inchworms

10 cossacks

10 around the world


Deadlift (5×3)

15 min – Warm up to a moderate weight. Use the same weight across all 5 sets.

*See starting weight on 3/29 for 5’s. You’re moderate weight should be heavier than what you started at for 5’s.*


Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

4 min AMRAP:

9 deadlifts (105/75)

7 air squats

5 burpees

Repeat 3x with 1 min rest between.
Only full rounds count.
