42 medicine ball cleans 20/14

42 hand release push-ups

30 med ball cleans

30 HR push-ups

18 med ball cleans

18 HR Push-ups
Medicine ball clean must start from the floor every time (no bouncing) pass through a full squat then stood all the way up. HR push-up no snaking/worming make them as perfect as possible

15 min time cap
