1 Sqaut snatch EMOM

Once you max out or cant complete the snatch you switch to

1 Squat clean EMOM

Once you max out on sqaut cleans or cant complete

1 Deadlift EMOM

In two teams of 3

1 team member does

12 power cleans at ²¹⁵/135

12 burpee box jumps 30/24

While one partner does above another partner does strict hspu and the other rope climbs

Then

9 power cleans

9 burpee box jumps

Other partners rope climb and strict hspu [cant do same movement back to back]

Then

6 power cleans

6 burpee box jumps

Other partners rope climb and strict hspu
20m cap

Every rope climb and shspu will deduct 1 second from total time
