Strict Pull-Ups (1xME)

As difficult as possible across all three sets (bands across j-cups, BW or weighted)
Using same set up as the previous weeks, do one max effort set of pull-ups after 3 min rest from TABATA

10 KB clean and jerks (53/35 each hand)
