Weightlifting

Front Squat (3RM)

Metcon

Metcon (Time)

With a partner, 2 rounds for time:

50 goblet squats (53/35)

40 KB SDHP’s (53/35)

30 box jump overs (20 for both)

20 AB cals
One person working at a time. Split up movement and reps however you like.
