10 hollow rocks


Metcon (Time)

With partner, complete for time:

100 goblet squats (53/35)

100 AB cals

100 Abmat sit-ups

100 SDHP’s w/KB (53/35)

100 burpees
Both partners can be working on reps of different movements at the same time.
