Group Warm-up (No Measure)
With a partner, relay style:
20 walking lunge steps with your med ball (20/14)
10 wall balls (20/14)
1 partner working at a time. Partner 1 does the row, walking lunge with the ball and wall balls and then runs the ball back in front of the rower and tags partner 2 so that they can begin their interval.
