Front Squat (20 reps at 5lbs more than last week)

If you haven’t yet done a 5RM, work up to a heavy set of 20 front squats for the day.

If you didn’t hit 20 reps last time, attempt that weight again or decrease weight to a doable weight.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

14 min AMRAP:

15 wall balls (20/14)

10 power cleans (95/65)

5 bar facing burpees
